SOUTH SOUTHWOOD STORM DRAINAGE STUDY
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for
engineering design services for storm water drainage until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday,
December 29, 2023. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke
of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted
under any circumstances. It is preferred that proposal are electronically sent to
bids@annaopolis.gov

The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to develop a storm
drainage study (report) to develop alternatives to address the issues of flooding, minor flood,
drainage flowing from the roadway onto private property and erosion.
Interested parties are invited to attend a non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference
via Google Meet at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Instructions are noted below
for the virtual pre proposal meeting.
