City of Annapolis Class A Office Space Real Estate

Availability Evaluation

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is soliciting Letters of Interest / Statement of Qualifications from Real Estate Firms licensed in the State of Maryland interested in providing services to the City of Annapolis in which to conduct a search and evaluation of class A office space available for lease and occupancy.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK: The Project is intended to determine options, by lease or purchase, for available Class A office space within the City of Annapolis. The office space evaluation will entail evaluation of available office space located within the City of Annapolis and support the options and criteria outlined in a recent City of Annapolis Planning & Design Study drafted on July 12, 2023.

LETTERS OF INTEREST: The Letters of Interest will allow the Project Team to compile a list of interested companies for notices and any announcements relating to this project. Firms interested in receiving project information should send the Letter of Interest with Statement of Qualifications form and attached information to Charles M. “Mike” Garascia via bids@annapolis.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or by fax at (410) 263-8120 by the date of Friday, October 27, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m. Include in your Letter of Interest the name, address, phone numbers, and e-mail address for a contact person at your firm.

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Each Real Estate Firm must be pre-qualified in order to receive a RFP due to the specialized nature of this project. Prequalified firms will be publicly posted after the evaluation process is completed and finalized. It is anticipated the Request for Proposal, RFP, will be issued in November 2023. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Emerging Small Businesses. Minority Business Enterprises, and Veteran Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualification and the required documents for this request.
