Irving Independent School District (IISD) is seeking to procure THREE (3) HIGH SCHOOL 53' MARCHING BAND TRAILERS FOR INSTRUMENT AND PROP TRANSPORT. Trailers will be customized for each of the three (3) high school band programs - Irving High School, MacArthur High School and Nimitz High School.
Irving ISD has three (3) high schools. Each high school has a complete ensemble of instruments, sound system, props, etc. and are in need of a trailer to transport from school to performing destinations. The trailers will be customized inside to meet these needs. They will also have custom graphics on the trailer specific to each of the three high schools.
Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders submit their response electronically. Please feel free to contact Irving ISD Purchasing Office at 972-600-5440 if you require any assistance with this submittal. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. NO emailed or Faxed bids will be accepted. Your cooperation is appreciated. Please be advised, no late or incomplete bids will be accepted.
