Description of Work:
The Project will involve the following: removal and replacement of approximately 11,000 square feet of existing roofing system with new 90 mil EPDM roofing system, including the removal and replacement of 24 existing skylights and applying approximately 2,700 square feet of existing skylights with a transparent polyurethane/polycarbonate coating. The project is located at the Mercer Park Aquatic Center & Scanlon Gym, 2701 Bradford Drive Iowa City, IA 52240.
