Notes	The City of Boca Raton requires a trade elevator contractor to provide the necessary services to modernize a total of eleven (11) Hydraulic Passenger Elevators located at five (5) separate sites within City limits. Work includes modernization of commercial, standard hydraulic elevators, elevator car and hoistway signal equipment, operation and control systems, patching and painting, and accessibility provisions for physically disabled person s. NOTE: This bid was initially published on July 26, 2023. Bid information was available to responders at that time, however due to technical issues the bid event had to be reissued to allow for online bid submittals. Bidders are strongly encouraged to use the “Line Items” tab for submission of bid pricing
