The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.
Project Scope:
The City of Boca Raton intends to beautify select medians on Congress Avenue and Clint Moore Road. Work includes the installation of landscape material (trees, palms, and ground cover) and automatic irrigation systems inside the medians of Congress Avenue from the E-4 Canal to the C-15 Canal and Clint Moore Road east of Congress Avenue to the I-95 overpass. The irrigation portion of both project includes utilization of existing potable water sources and proposes directional boring between the medians as per the plans and specifications prepared by the City of Boca Raton Municipal Services Department.
Maintenance of operation and coordination with City staff is required.
All work shall comply with the contract documents, permit conditions and ancillary components including testing, restoration, and permit closeout to complete the project in the specified time.

All interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference on June 7, 2023, at 11:00am, which will be held as a GoTo Meeting. Instructions for attending the GoTo Meeting are detailed in Exhibit CMT of the Bid document. Bidders are urged to be prompt and familiar with the bid documents. The pre-bid is not mandatory.
