Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a portable system that measures carbon dioxide and methane gas fluxes from individual animals from C-Lock Inc as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. System must measure CO2 flux to a level greater than 1000 g/d and CH4 flux greater than 60 g/d, have an auto calibration system, a weather station and a generator. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
