Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of supply and install of Automated Logic Controls System from Clima-Tech as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment and the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. OSU currently uses Automated Logic Controls System for its facilities and needs to remain consistent for the successful operation of the units. Clima-Tech is identified by Automated Logic as the sole distributor and installer for the Oregon region. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
