Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of replacing all 3 strings of batteries on an existing EPS7000 series UPS from Integrated Power Systems Ind. as a sole source because the contractor is the single provider of the goods and/or services. Integrated Power Systems provides critical maintenance on the UPS system and is the manufacture's only authorized supplier and service provider. The batteries can only be purchased and installed by Integrated Power Systems. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
