Graduate teaching and research assignment tracking

Oregon State University intends to contract for a system to track graduate teaching and research assignments from Ideal Logic as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and based on the supplier being the single provider of the goods. System must list the courses to be offered, list the research assignments available, obtain lists of graduate students available to be assigned, and then assign graduate students with managing the workloads and CGE requirements. System must have extensive customer service to fix immediate issues with the software. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by 02/14/2024 by 2:00pm PT.
