Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of an HMSC interactive exhibit clone from Wartsila Voyager America as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the goods being compatible with existing equipment. Exhibit must be an exact replica of existing HMSC interactive exhibit and share the same licensing certificate. Exhibit must be built and tested featuring a customized 4 minute simulation of the Oregon Yaquina Bay by February 18, 2024. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than closing date indicated on the website.
