Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of the Research Vessel (R/V) Atlantis for research use from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as a sole source at the direction of the National Science Foundation (NSF) through the University National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS). This sole source is based on the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010.
