INVITIATION TO BID ITB 23-24-111 MK DEMOLITION SERVICES MASTER CONTRACT (SHELTERED MARKET)
The City of West Palm Beach (“City”) ”) and the City as agent for the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to provide demolition services as specified herein, where demolition cost are estimated not to exceed $300,000 in each instance. Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in accordance with the terms and provisions of the solicitation documents and the contract.
