This Addendum consists of 1 page.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by entering its number and date on the Proposal Form. This Addendum forms
a part of the Contract Documents and modifies them as follows:
Items:
1. Maximum scheduling flexibility helps with staff recruitment. Is there a specific
time window for performing the daily services or is the timing at the provider’s
discretion?
Cleaning is performed in the morning until finished.
2. Can the 5-day service schedule be days other than Monday to Friday, e.g.,
Sunday to Thursday or the Friday service performed on Saturday or Sunday?
Cleaning is only Monday to Friday.
3. Regarding snow shoveling in item 2.5e, is the cost to be included in the janitorial
service pricing or will snow shoveling be invoiced separately at the hourly rates?
Snow shoveling is no longer required under this contract.
4. What is the value of the current contract?
$130,000
