INVATATION FOR BIDS
Oconee County will accept sealed bids for Golden Corner Commerce Park Phase I Mass Grading
Improvements until Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm, EST; at which time they will be
publicly opened.
PRE-BID
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM,
Oconee County Administrative Building, County Council Chambers, 415 S. Pine Street,
Walhalla, SC, 29691.
Specifications and Plans are open to inspection and download at the County’s E-bidding portal
https://oconeesc.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities or may be obtained from
Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., 501 River St, Greenville, SC 29601 upon payment of
$100.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable). The payment is nonrefundable.
Oconee County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and
informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
