16th February, 2024 – It is intended that this Addendum incorporating the following corrections, revisions, additions, deletions and
clarifications become part of the Contract Documents, including pricing as submitted.
New Information:
1. A pre-bid meeting for this project has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 21st at 10:00am at Governor’s
Lane between Bronson Road and Hillside Road.
2. The Town has elected to extend the due date for bid submissions from Wednesday, February 28th at 11:00am to
Thursday, March 7th at 11:00am.
