The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above subject Contract

Proposal. The Contractor is to furnish labor, material, and equipment.

The date of availability for this contract is the Date of Purchase Order.

The completion date for this contract is April 30, 2025, with the option to extend for

two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each for a maximum period of three (3) year

total.

Sealed bids must be received in the Division Office at 375 SILAS CREEK PARKWAY,

WINSTON-SALEM, NC 27127 by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Bids must be

submitted on the official bid sheets included in the proposal and display the following statement on

the front of the envelope:

The public letting for April 10, 2024, will be held via conference call. If a bidder wishes,

The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI

of the Civil Rights of 1964 (78 Stat.252) and the Regulations of the Department of Transportation

(49 C.F.R., Part 21), issued pursuant to such act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will

affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the

lowest responsible bidder(s) without discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national

origin.

Contractors must be pre-qualified by NCDOT prior to bidding on this project. If you have
