The Contractor shall provide a heavy duty, premium, commercial grade, automotive-type battery inventory and supply
service to the Authority’s Equipment Maintenance Division shops at both Reagan National Airport (National) and
Washington Dulles International (Dulles) Airport.
This solicitation uses a two-step procurement process. The first step is evaluation of the technical proposals per the
criteria outlined in Section X – Attachment 02 Proposal Submission and Evaluation Criteria. Only Offerors who
submitted acceptable technical proposals from step one will be invited to submit priced bids in step two.
The Period of Performance will be 1 year from award with 4 1-year options to be executed at the discretion of the
Airports Authority.
