Description: The Airports Authority seeks a Contractor or Contractors to provide Litigation services (in both administrative and judicial forums) on behalf of public agencies. Services sought include representation of the Authority, both as plaintiff and defendant, in litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative forums. Services also include the provision of advice and assistance related to matters as to which litigation against the Authority is anticipated and related to litigation to which the Authority Is not a party, but which is nonetheless affecting the Authority or its officers or employees (e.g., through the issuance of subpoenas to employees).
