Sales and Event Management Software

The purpose of this RFP initiative is to identify a comprehensive Sales and Event Management System for KU. The purposed of this initiative is to find a system that will ultimately promote Jayhawk Hospitality and improved facilities and the university image by filling the structural deficit and and strengthening the KU's relationship with the City of Lawrence and the surrounding communities. This universal scheduling/reservation system will need to integrate with the necessary internal systems to streamline processes, while still providing the specific functionality that is required by each unit.

Please read through the RFP Document and the "ATTACHMENTS" tab carefully. If you require further clarification, you must submit your question to the procurement officer of record in the RFP prior to the scheduled deadline.

When opening this RFP, please proceed through the ebid document starting with the gray tab on the far left of the screen, moving one tab at a time to the gray tab on the far right of the screen. Please follow any instructions in that tab. Note, anything that has a red asterisk "*" indicates a required action, and the bidder must answer / complete that item before you will be allowed to submit your proposal.
