Contractor shall have the capacity and expertise to perform a wide variety of routine and emergency electrical installations and repairs, alterations and testing to maintain the following systems on an on-call basis to include, but are not limited to: electrical, alarm, communication, HVAC controls, energy management wiring, refrigeration internal and external lighting, switch gear, emergency generators and transfer switches, transformers, distribution, computer and data networking circuits, lighting and sound, motors, kilns, stoves, emergency lighting and all other electrical apparatus, devices, fixtures, and wiring systems owned or operated by the Agency. Contractor will also be responsible for service changes and high voltage fuses and breakers.
