The work to be performed will include the Construction of a prefabricated pump station building and internal equipment required to supply uninterrupted water service to the Bright Hill High Service Area (HSA), existing Eaton Place senior housing facility, proposed Franklin Ridge senior housing facility, and the future development at Lot No. 3. The new pump station building will be located at the corner of Veterans Memorial Drive and Panther Way. The project also includes the demolition of the existing Bright Hill Booster Pumping Station and other miscellaneous site improvements, stormwater infrastructure, and other ancillary construction items. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
