The District reserves the right, prior to contract award, to determine the length of the initial contract term and each option to renew, if any.

The School Committee of Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School District is seeking proposals for Cleaning Services.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the office on or after Monday, March 11, 2024, at 10 a.m.
A Mandatory Pre Bidders meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 315 p.m. and Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 315 p.m. in the cafeteria followed by a walk-thru of the building. Companies are strictly prohibited against sending representatives to both meetings.
It is the intent of the Awarding Authority to award a contract within thirty business days after receiving the proposals. Any proposal submitted will be binding for sixty days subsequent to the time of the opening of proposals. Late submissions will not be considered.
