The Work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the facility upgrades of the Plymouth Avenue Pump Station. The work will include: replacement of process mechanical equipment, piping, and appurtenances; replacement of existing chemical feed systems; installation of a new odor control system; installation of an exterior flood barrier; bypass pumping equipment and operations; traffic management; and associated site/civil, structural, architectural, process piping, instrumentation and controls, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical work to provide a fully functional sewer pump station as specified in the Contract Documents. All proposed work shall be sequenced as described in the Contract Drawings.
