1) What is the final design load amount for the tie-back anchors?
a. The design load on the tie-back anchors were evaluated at normal flow and low
water elevation. Below are the loadings. Please note, these are subject to change
pending final design conditions.
Normal Flow Eleva on: 37.6 klf
Low Water Eleva on: 42.2 klf
2) Is a Bid Bond required, if so for what percentage?
a. Reference RFP Exhibit C and Addendum 4
3) On the general notes it calls out the walers to be A572 Gr 50 Fy=60k, but on S301 it calls out
A572 Gr60. Please clarify.
a. A572 Gr.60 is needed. Channel section specified in drawings is available in grade
60 steel from Nucor Skyline.
4) Can you provide more informa on on the Storm Sewer shown?
a. The existing pipe is a 15” HDPE storm pipe, shown below.
