"Prepare complete Airport & Aviation Real Estate appraisals in accordance with FAA AC150-
5100-17 Chapter 2 “Real Estate Appraisal.”
Addendums must be acknowledged before an electronic bid can be successfully submitted.

The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed Statement of Qualifications to
provide Real Estate Appraisal Services on an as needed basis.
The successful respondent (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFQ,
maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and
mandates relative to the services specified in this RFQ.
Sealed SOQs must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system
accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on January
31 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and names of
respondents will be read aloud.
