ADDENDUM NO. 1: EXHIBIT A – Standard Form of Agreement MASTER
SERVICE AGREEMENT is deleted in its entirety and replaced with EXHIBIT A –
Standard Form of Agreement GENERAL SERVICES
The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed proposals to provide support services
for Real Estate Services on an as needed basis.
The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain
proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates
relative to the services specified in this RFP.
Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system
accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or
before March 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened
and read aloud.
