ARPA FUNDED CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
DOWNTOWN AUSTIN AVE PARKING GARAGE
The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from all qualified respondents to
perform American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funded construction services of the
Downtown Austin Ave Parking Garage located at 502 S. Main St, Georgetown, TX.
The successful Proposer (Contractor) must meet all requirements of this RFP,
maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and
mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
Bids must be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible
via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before February
6, 2024, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read
aloud.

Proposers shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid
Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their
electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the
City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing
Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be
postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal
Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
Public Closing will be held by Microsoft Teams. This is accessible using the
