The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed proposals to provide a cloud-
based software system and implementation services to support the
management of customer relationships for the City’s future 3-1-1 program.
City may consider multiple awards for some or all of the requested services.
The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain
proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates
relative to the services specified in this RFP.

before January 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly
