Addendum No. 1 issued to provide Specifications and Plan Set/Drawings
The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Cedar
Breaks and D B Wood Lift Stations
The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials
required for the construction of the Cedar Breaks and D B Wood Lift
Stations and related pumps, pipelines, and appurtenances as more fully
described in the drawings and the summary of work contained in Section
CIP.
Digital copies of the Bidding Documents will be available December 14,
2023 at no charge upon request to the Engineer, CDM Smith, 8310-1 N. Capital of
Texas Hwy, Suite 250, Austin, Texas 78731, telephone: (512) 346-1100 (Judy
MacLeod). If paper copies of the Bidding Documents are needed, CDM Smith can
email the Bidding Documents to Bidder’s preferred Printing Company at Bidder’s
expense. Bidders must register on the City of Georgetown’s bid web site –
https://purchasing.georgetown.org/bid-information/.
Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via
City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before January 18,
2024 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown
Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown,
Texas 78626.
Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a
copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s

Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid
Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and
delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid
Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing
Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas
78626.

Tank site), Georgetown, TX 78627 routing as shown in the Drawings, will be available for inspection by prospective
bidders on the afternoon of the pre-bid teleconference at 1:00 p.m. CST.
