TH55 and US10 Video Inspection Project

Brief Description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for storm sewer hydraulic cleaning, closed circuit televising digital video (CCTV) of all storm sewer infrastructure systems within the project limits for State Projects (SP) listed below. See Exhibit C: Attachment 1, posted separately from this announcement, for an overview map of the project location. This Pre-qualification announcement will be used to award two separate professional/technical contracts. MnDOT anticipates that selected responders (up to two) will be awarded one contract per firm. Responders must submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) based on only Project #1 listed below. The LOI’s will be used as a basis to award the remaining contracts for the projects below. It will be MnDOT’s decision how to divide these projects among the successful responders. Project #1: SP 8205-161 United States Highway 10 from Carver Ave to the northbound junction of TH95. Project #2: SP 1910-xx Trunk Highway (TH) 55; from US52 to US61 in Hasting. The goal of this project is to review the inspection reports, CCTV and corresponding field condition information which will be used to update the Transportation Asset Management System (TAMS). This information will also be used for scoping purposes to effectively and efficiently design storm water infrastructure.
