Paulding County (County) is soliciting Qualification-Based Proposals exhibiting the expertise to

provide Transportation Planning and Engineering Consulting Services for a Countywide high level

major corridors analysis, to determine areas where existing and future corridors are required to be

constructed or improved, to provided adequate Level of Service into planning year 2045. Proposers

shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.

The purpose of this study is to develop project concepts for existing major corridors and new major

corridors, that improve safety, mobility, and access to all roadway users, while also preparing projects

for advancement to scoping and/or preliminary engineering phases in future Transportation

Improvement Plan (TIP) project solicitations.
