FY ’24 INVITATION TO BID

The CITY OF BROCKTON invites sealed bids from contractors for the Rox Stadium Outfield Wall Repairs in

accordance with the documents prepared by BKA ARCHITECTS. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will

be available on Wed. February 28, 2024, for download/review at www.projectdog.com.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING BID ELECTRONICALLY. HARD-COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids

shall be submitted online at www.projectdog.com no later than 2:00 PM EST on 20 March 2024 at which time

they will be publicly opened online.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 § 39M & to Massachusetts prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149

§§26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the greatest possible bid

amount made payable to the City of Brockton. There will be a bid walk-through on Mon. March 4, 2024, at

8:00 a.m. Please meet at the Stadium entrance at 1 Feinberg Way, Brockton, MA 02301.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids or to cancel this Invitation

to Bid if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.
