Comprehensive Nicotine Use Program Evaluation Services Public Health - Request for Proposal February 3, 2023 - March 3, 2023

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of comprehensive and independent program evaluation services for the New Mexico Department of Health, Public Health Division, and the Nicotine Use Prevention and Control (NUPAC) Program. Funded services will include overall program evaluation planning and implementation, evaluation data collection, analysis and reporting, technical assistance, and reporting of findings and recommendations that be used to demonstrate accountability, inform decision-making processes, and improve the NUPAC Program.
