iQ 30-21-22 DATA CENTER HVAC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Notice: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Santa Clara County Office of Education

(hereinafter referred to as (SCCOE), is requesting bids from interested contractors to provide bids for

the following:

DATA CENTER CHILLER PAD TROUBLE SHOOT AND REPAIR

a. Remove and replace one (1) chiller outdoor fan VFD

b. Remove and replace one (1) compressor A1 starter

c. Start and test system operation

a. Remove and replace one (1) flow meter

b. Perform system water balance

c. Confirm flow through all three (3) chillers

d. Calibrate flow meter as required

e. Start and test system operation

II. DATA CENTER HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

No offer of intent should be construed from this legal notice that the (SCCOE) intends to enter a contract

with the interested company for the above projects unless, in the sole opinion of the (SCCOE), it is in the

best interest of the (SCCOE) to do so. The (SCCOE) reserves the right to negotiate final contractual terms

with the lowest responsive bidder.

Job Walk:

SCCOE will conduct a pre-bid work site job walk on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 at 9:30 to

10:30am.
