Baseball and Softball Fields Restoration

The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract for providing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required in order to perform the site restoration of baseball and softball fields (14 fields) in the county. Restoration work shall restore fields to optimal and safe conditions in anticipation of the spring baseball/softball season. Restoration work will be performed from the Date of Award through March 1,2023, and/or final sign-off by the WCPS contract Administrator with 50% completion expected by December 15, 2022 and 75% completion expected by January 15, 2023. Refer to the enclosed specifications and drawings for the specific fields where work will be performed and the scope of the project.
