For the Work of South Loop Electrical Upgrades Phase 2. Install concrete encased duct banks throughout Campus. Install 10' X 10' pre-cast manholes. Coordinate with NES personnel for all duct banks, manholes, and concrete pads. Stub out secondary conduits underground from transformer pads.
