RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. This project will construct a new state of the art technological education campus to relocate existing programs and provide space for new programs provided by TCAT Harriman. The new building will include high bay labs, flexible training space, classrooms, computer labs, and supporting spaces. Site development to establish the new campus will include parking, paving, walkways, landscaping, and utilities. Development of the new campus will increase the visibility of the TCAT, further the institution's status as the leading choice for advance workforce development and showcase the innovative and state-of-the-art nature to TCAT training. The new building is anticipated to be approximately 85,000 gross square feet. |
