RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. This project will provide a new technical educational campus in Greene County including building demolition, new building construction, and site development. The new building(s) will be approximately 55,000 GSF and support Automotive Technology, Computer Information Technology, Cosmetology, HVAC, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tool Technology, Practical Nursing, and Welding. Site development to establish the new campus will include parking, paving, walkways landscaping and utilities. The site for the new campus is located on the original Greene Valley Development Center in Greene County. Unique challenges of this project include hazardous material abatement and demolition of four main existing buildings and ancillary buildings, construction of new state-of-the-art technical higher education campus. |
