The City of Grapevine is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants (herein referred to as “consultant”) to perform a review and suggested amendments to the City of Grapevine’s Zoning Ordinance (herein referred to as “Ordinance”) relative to state land use legislation passed during the 86
th
, 87
th
, and 88
th
Texas State Legislative sessions. This includes only zoning and land use related regulations. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8.
No Pre-Bid meeting is required.
Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive. All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed. Please email a request for a bid tab or a list of proposers. The City of Grapevine Purchasing Department appreciates your cooperation and understanding during this difficult time.
Evaluation Criteria
A review committee will score the merit of the proposals received with the requirements defined herein. Failure of the proposer to provide the required information requested may result in disqualification of their proposal. The objective of the review committee is to select the most advantageous proposal for the City of Grapevine.
The contract will be awarded based on the following evaluation criteria:
40% Cost as evidenced for project budget.
30% Project Team qualifications as evidenced in section V.
30% References minimum of three references for services comparable to this project.
