Notes:
The City of Grapevine, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the City) is seeking
Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified
organizations specializing in providing Patient Advocacy Program services, for plan
year effective 10/1/2024. To receive the proposal specifics or to ask questions,
please contact the McGriff Insurance Services Team at the following email:
cynthia.lopez@mcgriff.com. McGriff Insurance Services will be facilitating this
RFP process. Your responses will be utilized to determine the overall value of your
Patient Advocacy Program services.
Do not contact the city for the RFP documents.
All responses should provide a clear, concise and complete description of your
organization’s capabilities, processes and financial offering ultimately supporting the
plan sponsor’s requirements outlined in the RFP specifics. Complete written
response to all questions need to be submitted in electronic (MS Excel or Word)
format. All supplemental information (marketing materials, program descriptions,
etc.) should be sent separately. All proposals should include a response to the
questionnaire, rate grid and provide any additional collateral to better evaluate
services. Proposals should be submitted to McGriff Insurance Services,
Attention: Cynthis Lopez at the email listed above. The deadline to submit a
proposal is April 15th.

by Monday, April 15, 2024, or sooner if possible. If you foresee any problems
meeting this deadline, please let Cynthia Lopez know when you will be able
to submit your quote. If you decline to quote, please do so in writing.
