Pest Control Services

The City of Grapevine is soliciting Best Value bids for an annual contract for pest control services as described in the bid specifications. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for nine additional one-year periods. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the services at the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria stated in the bid in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8.

The intent is to award a primary annual contract to one vendor. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in October or November 2023. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. September 27, 2023 online through the eBid system.

RFB responses are due prior to the RFB closing date and time. The RFB closing date and time is October 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Responses received after the above time will not be permitted. Submit your bid electronically through the eBid Procurement system and include all required document submittals. Vendors should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing pest control services as specified in the bid specifications. Suppliers with less than 10 years' experience will not be considered responsive.

Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive. All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed.
