Scope
|
a. The Contractor must coordinate with and receive authorization from the Parking Maintenance Services designated representatives prior to performing any Scheduled work. The Contractor must provide a telephone number (answering machine not acceptable) where they can be reached by the County during business days/hours –See F. below. b. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to notify the designated County representative no less than two (2) weeks before starting a job. The two (2) week notice would allow the designated county representative to arrange for an elevator technician in the event of any assistance needed. Upon completion of the job, the Contractor must immediately notify the designated county representative for the work to be inspected for acceptance. If the work does not comply with the specifications of a contract resulting from this IFB, the Contractor shall be informed by the designee and required to re-do the affected areas within a (48) hour period. |
