RFP #22-15 - Process Server for the Department of Child Support Services

The County of San Joaquin is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for its Department of Child Support Services (DCSS). PURPOSE: It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to enter into a non-exclusive, multiple award contract(s) to secure the professional services of a qualified Contractor(s) to perform legal service of process of documents upon persons and businesses directed by the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS), with one or more contractors selected. The primary goal of the County is to obtain services of a Contractor(s) who can provide the volume and quality of services required within the time constraints allowed, for the most reasonable cost to the taxpayers.
