| Description |
Resident Project Representative (RPR) and material testing for approximately 3,300 linear feet in length and will include grading, new placement of roadway, asphalt pavement, sidewalk, storm sewer, curb inlets, street lighting, retaining walls, pavement markings, seeding, sodding, and other related items.
The Engineering firm shall have a representative from their staff review and accept all submittals for materials. The Engineer of Record (Schlagel) shall not complete submittal review on materials. The RPR Engineering firm shall have knowledge of all submittals. Major items of work include: removals, excavation, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk and concrete and asphalt driveway construction, storm sewer construction, wall construction, lighting and signal installation and other related items of work. In-depth experience with Traffic Control and Utilities is preferred. |
