Prior to submitting a bid, digital project documents must be downloaded from www.QuestCDN.com for a $22.00 payment. Contact QuestCDN at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance with free membership registration, downloading digital project information, and electronic bidding. Digital documents are available for download by inputting Quest project #8932489 on the website’s project search page. An optional paper set of plans and specifications is available for a nonrefundable price of $150.00 per set, which includes applicable sales tax and shipping, from the Bismarck Engineering Department. Digital download and bidding through QuestCDN is still required. Bidding requires a separate $42.00 payment to QuestCDN.com.

The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, through QuestCDN.
The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through QuestCDN. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.

Miscellaneous:

Award of bids will be separated into three contracts: Part A-1 - New Construction Sidewalks, Driveways, Curb & Gutter, Widenings; Part A-2 - Sidewalk Gaps; Part B - Miscellaneous Repairs. A bid can be submitted for any one or combination of these parts. Such work is to be completed according to the schedule, plans, and specifications on file in the Office of the City Administrator.

Final Completion Date: 6/30/25
