ADDENDUM #3

REQUEST FOR BID

Lockers

In reference to the Town of Merrimack’s Request to supply, deliver and install a total of

sixteen (16) Single Tier Metal Lockers to the Wastewater Treatment Facility, due on

Monday, March 18, 2024 at 2:00PM, please be advised that the following questions

have been clarified:

 The dimensions of the space provided (122.75” and 75.5”) will not allow for 16

lockers at the size you have noted for the lockers.

o We DO NOT have a blind corner. The 16 lockers will fit in an L shape

along 2 walls. Please see pictures below to see configuration:

 Do you want sloped tops on these lockers or just flat?

o They would like sloped tops.

 The lockers that we will be proposing come with a GRAY exterior however the

interior would be PUTTY (Beige). Will this be acceptable?

o Yes, that is acceptable.

 Are you buying off any contracts?

o This is coming from their budget and not a contract.

 What’s the wage rate? Normal, prevailing wage or Union

o The rate will be normal

 Delivery situation? Street or Dock

o Delivery will be through the front. Wastewater is not located on a

main road. They have a forklift to unload truck if necessary.

 What floor are they being installed on?

o The lockers are to be installed on the second floor.

 Is an elevator available?

o They do not have an elevator.

 Elevator dimensions? N/A

 Stairs, how many if no elevator?

o There is one (1) set of stairs to get to the locker room.
