Bids will not be accepted from non-prequalified bidders for packages that require prequalification. Not all packages require prequalification. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 16, 2024 at 2:00PM at the Administrative Services III Building - 2601 Wolf Village Way Raleigh NC 27607 conference RM 301 on NC States campus. A site tour will immediately follow the pre-bid at 3:00PM.
