Sealed proposals from a single prime licensed General Contractor in North Carolina will be received by the State of North Carolina through the University of North Carolina - Asheville (UNCA) until 3:00 pm on April 3, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at UNC Asheville, Millar Facilities Complex, Room S208, 220 Campus Drive, Asheville, NC 28804-8500.
