Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA) to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace an existing 8” diameter ductile iron discharge pipe, flanges, bolts, and chemical feed quills with the chemical feed room at multiple production well sites as specified in this Request for Bids (hereinafter referred to as RFB) until 2:00 pm on April 5, 2024 at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road; Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an informal request for bids, and the bids received will not be made public until the contract is awarded.
Work is to be performed at the following ONWASA well sites:

Mandatory site visits will be held starting at Black Creek Well 11 at 111 Old Northwest Bridge Road, Richlands, NC 28574, on March 26, 2024, at 10:00 am to allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work locations prior to submitting a bid. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visits at all the well sites shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
